
Pamelia Barnett
Ms. Barnett understands the immigration law from several perspectives, ranging from practicing with Catholic Charities of Houston to oil and gas law. She has practiced immigration law for more than 20 years, encompassing the full spectrum of immigration issues, with an emphasis on handling complex business law cases and citizenship cases. She has developed a specialty in the area of waivers, both immigrant and non-immigrant. Ms. Barnett is the firm's Labor Certification authority having embraced the new PERM system. Ms. Barnett speaks and writes frequently on immigration issues to community and legal groups and is active in bar, professional associations, and community activities. She seeks to promote the importance of a fair and equitable immigration process for all immigrants.
