8/17: Through the expertise of our team, several distinguished Japanese scientists can now legally work in the labs of a local med tech center. This was accomplished through a combination of O-1, L1-B, H1-B visas, and labor certifications.
Fong Ilagan just received great news regarding the approval of an H-1B visa petition for a Conrad 30 J-1 waiver for a physician specializing in Sleep Medicine. The hospital reached out to us in mid-February to start the J-1 waiver process and we were lucky to secure one of the 30 slots for the State of Washington. The timing was down to the wire at every phase. The CSC approved the H-1B petition in 1 week under the premium processing program.
